Subcontracting and Third Parties

2. Subcontractor Requirements: Subcontractors are required to sign up to the Near Me mobile app and enter into a contract for continuous work. Near Me Car Recovery Service may request information such as proof of insurance, driver’s license, and vehicle registration. Subcontractors will be paid an agreed price at the start of the contract, usually priced per mile with a local minimum fee.
3. Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer and the recovery driver or service provider to ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for any services performed. Liability

Payment

User Conduct
